Contemporary production processes are supported by systems which enabling the collection of information and their transfer to the business area in real time. These system called “The Manufacturing Execution System” (MES) supports to get a true picture of the use of production ability. They allow to supervise production processes and manage their perfomance and quality. The task of MES system is to collect transferred data from production to enable visualization, product tracking, and increasing the efficiency of maintenance. The users of MES systems are production managers, control and quality employees as well as operators of systems cooperating with MES such as: ERP and APS.
